What we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), preferred language, what you're buying for, budget band and your message.
- Conversations with our AI advisors and brokers.
- Identity and due diligence documents, if you go ahead with a purchase, as required by UAE law.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare shortlists, arrange viewings, negotiate and complete purchases, and meet our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks.
Legal basis
Your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, and our legal obligations, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Sharing
We share details with developers, sellers, trustees and the DLD only when that's needed for your purchase, and with service providers who help us run the service, such as website hosting, messaging and customer records. Our website host is Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores enquiry form submissions for us. We don't sell personal data.
If you ask for mortgage pre-approval and tick the consent box, we share your name, WhatsApp number, income band and residency status with our mortgage partner, once appointed, so they can contact you. Voxhala may receive a referral fee from that partner. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Storage and retention
Enquiries sent through the form on this website are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and used only to reply to you. Netlify may store this data outside the UAE. We delete an enquiry once we no longer need it to deal with your request, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep it.
Priority list and buyer-guide emails
If you join our priority list, we collect your name, email, preferred language, country, and optionally your buying timeline and WhatsApp number, together with the campaign that brought you to us (for example, which advert) and a record of what you agreed to and when. We use them to send the checklist and our buyer-guide emails. We contact you about our buyer-side service after launch only if you tick the separate box for that. Your details are stored by Netlify and by our email service provider. You can unsubscribe from any email, withdraw either consent, or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@voxhala.ae.
This website
When you send the enquiry form, your details go to Netlify Forms, where only Voxhala can read them, and we use them only to reply to you. The site doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies.
