Licensing
Voxhala is a buyer-side property advisory for Dubai, launching soon. We'll publish our licence details here once they're issued. Your broker's name is shown at every handover and on every offer we send.
AI disclosure
All advisors are AI and labelled as such. They say they're AI in their first message, and “AI” appears on screen in every video. They don't negotiate, sign or give legal or financial advice.
Property advertising
Every property we advertise carries its DLD Trakheesi permit number and QR code. If this website needs its own advertising permit, we'll show the number here.
How we're paid
On off-plan sales the developer usually pays our commission, and on resale our fee is typically paid by the buyer. We disclose who pays us on every deal, in writing, before you make an offer, and we always show you the options we compared.
Escrow-protected payments only
Off-plan payments go only to the project's escrow account under Dubai Law No. 8 of 2007. We never ask for, receive or hold buyer funds.
Anti-money laundering
Once we are operating, we will carry out customer due diligence and report as required under UAE AML law. We'll name our AML compliance officer and publish our goAML registration here before we take on any client.
Data protection
Buyer data is handled under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). See our Privacy notice.
